We designed our cohort-based programs around the busy schedule of product people.
This program will require around 3 hours of your time per week.
Anyone involved in building products : product manager, product marketing manager, designer, tech lead, innovation manager, …
Product leaders, team managers, product coaches looking to get a good grasp of discovery and empower their teams.
"I've gathered great ideas and learnt best practices. I feel that I now have both methodology and knowledge to do things well when it comes to discovery. For example, I can see clearly how we can link our product outcomes to the company's OKRs. I can't wait for other teams to take this program. Thank you for everything."
"I felt Empowered, almost like Marty Cagan. My background was: we don't have a discovery method in the company, and that's why it was really great for me to have a Product Discovery method from A to Z."
"Great opportunity to have a structured methodology and tools to progress on Product Discovery. Exchanges between people from other companies is also a good way to compare and challenge our way of working to improve ourselves."
"The formalization of opportunities in an OST, running interviews and building interview snapshots are the subjects that have impacted me the most. This is typically what will help me today! The Product Discovery training is helping me restructure the whole way I synthesize and share information to make decisions."
Over 5 weeks, you will learn how to plan, and conduct discovery activities in order to successfully prioritize your delivery.
We’ll look at different scenarios to help you implement discovery within your context, whether you’re operating in a “feature factory”, a product-led model or anything in between. You’ll learn to size your discovery efforts according to priorities, risks & resources available.
From defining a clear product outcome and target audience, to reviewing existing work and identifying potential risks, we’ll introduce you to a simple framework to align your team on the right discovery objective.
Learn how to ask unbiased questions, synthesize notes efficiently into snapshots, and extract common patterns into an Opportunity Solution Tree.
Test early, move faster, learn techniques to quickly generate, assess, test & validate solutions at low effort, low cost (including rapid testing).
Finally, we’ll look at how to use the outputs of your Discovery to drive evidence-based decisions, inform delivery priorities and continuously communicate with your stakeholders to get buy-in. You’ll learn from real-life examples on how discovery as a practice can lead to stronger decision-making in product organizations.

Our Product Discovery program is primarily designed for teams in companies that have at least one product team (product manager, designer, tech lead).
This program is also suitable for product leaders, consultants and coaches.
We recommend having at least 3 years of professional experience to get the most of the learning experience.
Our program is available for teams in working time zones compatible with CET/GMT+1.
The Product Discovery program is available in English.
All content and instruction are provided in English.
If all cohort participants are French speakers, live sessions can be led in French.
Our cohorts have a maximum capacity of 20 seats, optimised for learner experience and engagement.
Cohorts are comprised of multiple individuals or product teams from companies of varying maturity on product discovery.
From our experience, this is the best way to create group emulation and have a diversity of thought beneficial to all learners.
This is a 100% online program designed for remote-enabled companies.
Live sessions and activities will take place online using collaboration platforms including but not limited to Google Meet, Google Slides, Miro, etc.
This program is primarily intended for businesses who want to embed product discovery practices in their product organisation.
The application process is composed of a short discovery call with one of the program lead instructors to assess the adequacy of learner profiles in context of the program content and experience.
Following this initial call and any follow-ups, businesses are required to pay for reserved seats ahead of the cohort start date.
For any specific demands, get in touch with us at axel@panash.io or roxane@Panash.io
To get the most out of the program, you should expect to spend an average of 2-3 hours per week across all activities i.e. online content, assignments and live events.
